Morning tour – 8:00am-12:00pm | Afternoon tour – 12:30pm-4:30pm
If you’re looking to see not only the highlights of Phnom Penh but the secret spots too – this is the adventure for you! We will take you on tour on the back of our modern Vespa bikes. Start out learning about French influence on Cambodia while sipping on tea in front of the stunning Post Office. Scoot around the corner on our Vespas to visit Wat Phnom and see how this city got its name. After a quick glimpse of the hilltop temple, zoom through the bustling traffic & find yourself getting off the beaten path at the next stop.
Here, you’ll get to visit a unique area that has had some recent turmoil, influencing young local artists to produce amazing street art. Following the street-art scene will be a drive to a local market where you can see overflowing baskets of famous Kampot pepper, fresh produce, and even get the opportunity for a couple of local snacks. After exploring the local market, a quick but intriguing stop at the Independence Monument & King Statue will give you insight to “The Great Hero King, The Father of Khmer Independence”. Scooting your way on the back of a Vespa, the next stop will be the famous Royal Palace and beautiful riverside. Your guide will explain about this stop from the front garden (perfect for a photo op!). This Phnom Penh city tour will finish at a lesser known Buddhist pagoda, where you’ll get the special opportunity to receive a blessing in a small shrine.
