Hands-On Experiences
Visit to a local family’s house to watch & join in the art of making traditional rice crackers, a staple snack in Vietnamese cuisine. Our exploration continues at a mat weaving family workshop, with hands-on experience learning the intricate techniques behind this time-honored Vietnamese handicraft.
Arable Farming Fields & Panoramic Landscapes
As the afternoon slowly unfolds, we cross the river & meander through quiet hamlets, passing water buffalo & duck farms nestled in between the rice paddies. We reach a picturesque farming area for a close up look at seasonal vegetable farming and pause for local snacks & drinks.
