More than 24 hours out

Contact us anytime before the 24-hour mark. We will move your booking to a new date at no cost, subject to the availability of a suitable tour on the requested date and time.

 

 
30% fee applies
Less than 24 hours out
If the 24-hour window has passed, a 30% rescheduling fee applies to cover operational costs already underway. We accommodate last-minute rescheduling within a 10-day window, subject to availability. Otherwise, the booking is canceled with a 100% charge.

You'll receive a full refund with no cancellation fee from our side. Please note that 5% of the payment will be retained as a transaction gateway fee to cover the non-refundable processing charge applied by the payment platform.

Under 24 Hours Before Tour
Cancellations within the 24-hour window are subject to the full tour charge. If you have a genuine exceptional reason, reach out directly and we'll do our best to work something out.
Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days. The exact timeline depends on your bank or payment provider. If you haven't seen the refund after that window, please check in with us.

Transaction Gateway Fee

A 5% of the total payment will be retained as a non-refundable transaction gateway fee. This charge is applied by the payment processor and cannot be waived regardless of the cancellation reason.
