After working up an appetite, we’ll indulge in a delicious breakfast. Your guide will introduce you to a traditional Hanoi specialty, banh cuon – delectable steamed rice rolls filled with pork, mushrooms, and herbs.

The Hanoi Early Birds tour is all about the morning local life- and to best experience this, we start the tour at 06.00 AM. If we start later, we’ll miss a lot of the vibrant activities that happen in the morning. If 06.00 is too early for you, we suggest you check out our Hanoi Insider’s Tour or Hanoi Countryside Adventures, both of which start at 08.00
Absolutely! The Hanoi Early Birds tour is a great way to start your exploration of the city and pairs well with our Insiders Tour or Countryside Adventures. There is only one short stop- Long Bien Bridge- that is duplicated on the tours but it’s so spectacular, we think you’ll enjoy seeing it twice!
Yes, the Hanoi Early Birds Vespa tour includes breakfast! We take you to a local shop for banh cuon, one of Hanoi residents’ favorite morning meals. We also include a stop for egg coffee, another local favorite which combines strong Vietnamese coffee with a whipped egg.
